30 Days Return & Refund Policy
At revamart.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
1. Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product must include original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID or registered mobile/email) is required.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Personal care and hygiene products once opened
- Used products
- Customized or personalized items
- Products marked as non-returnable during sale or promotional offers
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Product photos/videos (if applicable)
Our support team will guide you through the return process.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
6. Return Shipping
- If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping charges will be covered by revamart.in.
- For customer preference returns, return shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos for quick resolution.
